Would not do business with them ever again. Dangerous/hasty install..Don't listen to the customer. Not a very professional outfit. But it's the only game in town with a bucket truck..I'd go elsewhere. Springfield, Redwood Falls.
Called them to install yard light and hook up a/c box. Did not install arm on light as requested and wires exposed/loose. (Light has since fallen off pole). Also a/c box circuit breaker trips. Then they actually charged me for 3 hours of work when they were only there for less than 30 minutes! Went to office to resolve issue and to correct and they told me they would be out to fix everything and have not heard from them since!
